ORC 3517.21- Infiltration of campaign- false statements
A filing fee is due at time of submission of petitions – cash or check.
It is the candidate, not the Board of Elections, who is responsible for the validity & completion of a petition.
If the BOE does not call you, you will be on the ballot.
